Recommended UsePre-training, clubbing or competition:
Mix 1 scoop (50g) of Maximuscle Viper Extreme in 500ml (approx 1 pint) of water using a 500ml Maximuscle waterbottle. Sip over 60 minutes and stop drinking all fluids 20 minutes before training.
During training, clubbing or competitions:
Mix 1 scoop (approx 50g) in 750ml (approx 1.5 pints) of water. Use a 1000ml Maximuscle water bottle. Sip during training, cycling, running, competing, etc...
After training:
This product should not be used after training due to its stimulant properties. We recommend you use Viper™ or Recovermax™ instead. Super easy mixing, no blending, no mess, just mix, stir and drink.
