Mix 1 scoop (50g) in 500ml of water.
Drink over 60 minutes.
Stop drinking all fluids 20 minutes before training
Mix 2/3 scoop (30g) in 500ml of water.
Drink regularly during exercise to replace lost fluids.
You should start drinking as soon as exercise begins.
For best results you need 30-60g for every hour of exercise.
Mix 1.5 scoops (75g) in 500 ml of water.
Drink within 15 minutes of finishing exercise.
