WIT Order Info

UK Sports Supplies are delighted to be working in conjunction with WIT H.C. providing club members with the best deal & simplist way to order their new club kit.

Bespoke Items:

All items in this section are made to order due to the numerous personalisations available to each member.Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.

After each deadline has passed assuming the mimimum of 10 orders per item has been met, we will then order these garments from Kukri. If the minimum number is not met, customers will be given the option of a full redund or alternatively they can wait until the next deadline has passed.

Orders will then take a further 8weeks from when they're confirmed with Kukri to being delivered to ourselves. This is due to the unusual colour combination of Waverley Inveresk Trinity Hockey Club.

Stock Items:

All items in this section are usually in stock, some sizes maybe unavailable from time to time. If this is the case we would contact any customers who have ordered items that are out of stock and add these to our order list.

Postage:

Club Members can choose to pay for postage at the time of ordering using our on-line checkout service. It is recomended for all bespoke items to ensure "Special Delivery" option is chosen to ensure any items are tracked through the post and fully insured.

Any members choosing 1st class delivery option do so at their own risk and UKSS takes no responsability for lost items.

Alternatively members can arrange to collect the goods directly from UK Sports Supplies, or from the club house.
